Let’s become better together

Creating a network of skilled and proactive people for state-building

Countering Russia’s hybrid war – part of its full-scale aggression – requires effective communication strategies and cooperation with international partners through diplomatic means. You can become unofficial ambassadors of Ukraine: represent your country and build alliances at all levels to prove that Ukraine will prevail!

Head of Division for Central and Eastern Europe, Hanns Seidel Foundation

Who

are we?

We are the Directorate-General for Rendering Services to Diplomatic Missions. We work on strengthening Ukraine's position in the world, cultivating a system of European values in our country and consolidating a politically conscious and engaged civil society.

That is precisely why we with the support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Ukraine have created a platform for networking and professional development of government officials. Here, participants can hone the skills needed for the implementation of public diplomacy projects and deepen their knowledge of Ukraine’s European integration progress.

We have already successfully completed training programmes for employees of the international departments of regional administrations and relevant ministries, and we are proud of the results of our work, consequently we are eager to keep doing so.

From the first days of the full-scale invasion, we picked up the initiative in the information space: we directed all our efforts to isolate russia and spread the truth about its crimes. The knowledge that participants acquire during these courses will help them continue to work for our common victory.
